APPLICATION PROCESS
Please have the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate ( if Catholic)
- South Carolina Immunization Certificate to show “School Entry” (must get from a South Carolina physician). As a school within the Diocese, Holy Trinity follows the directive set forth by the Bishop regarding student health and safety. Per this directive, we are required to have up-to-date vaccination records for all students, and we do not recognize religious exemptions for these requirements at this time.
If applicable:
- A copy of her/his First Eucharist Certificate
- Record Request Form, if the student is transferring from another school
Our process for acceptance is as follows:
1. Apply online through FACTS
2. The $25 non-refundable Application Fee will be paid through FACTS.
3. Acceptance notifications will be emailed after review of the application and assessments. The email will contain more information for enrollment.
4. The $100 non-refundable Enrollment Fee will be paid through FACTS.
