RED RIBBON WEEK

Date:

Red Ribbon Week – In a study conducted by the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, the rates of substance abuse were lower among youth who agreed that religion and faith were an important part of their lives. Therefore, between October 23-31, our school will be making a visible stand against illicit drug use by displaying red ribbons around the school.

Students and staff are asked to participate by:

Monday, October 24 ~ Wear Red to show your commitment to staying drug free!

Tuesday, October 25 ~ Team Up Against Drugs & Alcohol! Wear your favorite sports shirt or jersey.

Wednesday, October 26 ~ Sock It to Drugs! Wear your crazy or mismatched socks with you mass day uniform.

Thursday, October 27 ~ Hooked on Books - Not Drugs! Dress as a character from your favorite book.

Friday, October 28 ~ Dress as a tacky tourist.
